Book a call
Thirty minutes, with the people who would do the work.
Pick a time that suits you. No form to fill in first, and no obligation to go any further afterwards.
Calendar not loading, or blocked by your network? Open it directly or send a written brief instead.
Before you book
What the call actually covers.
What we will ask
The process you want to fix, who touches it today, which systems hold the data, and what happens now when it goes wrong. Rough answers are fine.
What you will get
An honest read on whether this is worth building, roughly what it takes, and what the first phase would cover. If the answer is that software is not your problem, we will say that.
Who should join
Whoever actually runs the process, alongside whoever signs off the budget. One without the other usually means a second call.
What it costs
Nothing, and there is no obligation to proceed. Paid work starts at the discovery phase, quoted before it begins.
How long is the call?
Can we meet in person instead?
What if none of the times work?
Do we need to prepare anything?
Will this be a sales pitch?
Another way in
Would rather write it down first?
Some problems are easier to explain in writing than in a first call. Send the detail and we will come back with questions rather than a pitch.
We reply within one business day.
