This policy explains what personal data Elevariq collects through this website and its services, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can have it removed.

This document requires legal review before launch. It describes the data flows present in the product today so that review has an accurate starting point. It is not legal advice and has not been checked against GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or any other specific regime.

Data we collect

• Contact details you submit through the contact form, ROI calculator or booking flow: name, email address, company and any message content.
• Conversation content from the chat widget and voice agent, including transcripts, so we can answer your questions and improve the service.
• Calculator inputs such as team size, lead volume and deal value, used to produce your estimate.
• Technical data including IP address, which is used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use this data to respond to enquiries, produce the estimates you request, schedule meetings, operate and secure the service, and where you have agreed, to send you relevant follow-up.

Consent to create an account is separate from consent to receive marketing. Agreeing to one never implies the other.

Automated systems and human oversight

Some responses are generated by AI systems. These may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or professional advice. A person is available at any point, and no automated decision with a significant effect on you is made without human involvement.

Sharing and processors

We use third-party processors to deliver the service, including hosting and database providers, AI model providers for chat and voice, transactional email delivery, scheduling, and CRM and alerting tools. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Conversation logs and lead records are retained according to a configured retention period, after which emails and phone numbers are scrubbed and deleted records are anonymised. Backups are held for a limited period and then overwritten.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us through the contact page. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request.
