This page explains what Elevariq stores in your browser and why.

This document requires legal review before launch, and must be re-checked whenever a new third-party script is added.

Strictly necessary

• Session storage used to keep a chat or voice conversation coherent while you are on the page.
• Administrator session cookie set only for internal staff signing into the admin area. It is not set for public visitors.

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off through a preference control.

Third-party embeds

The booking page embeds a third-party scheduling tool, and parts of the site load an interactive 3D visual. These providers may set their own storage when their components load. They are loaded only on the pages that use them.

Analytics

Product events are recorded to understand which parts of the site are useful. These events never include your name, email address, phone number, message content or company name.

Controlling storage

You can clear or block browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop the chat, voice or booking features working.

If consent-based cookies are introduced later, a preference control will be added here and surfaced before those cookies are set.
