ROI figures are illustrative estimates based on the inputs you supply. They are not a forecast, guarantee or contractual commitment.

Engagements and quotes

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, timelines and fees are agreed in a written engagement. Where the site describes services without a price, pricing is quoted after discovery.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and its branding belong to Elevariq. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to us.

Availability

The site and its demos are provided as they are, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Service levels for paid engagements are set out in the relevant agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elevariq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on automatically generated output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
